The scope of work at the Paris Maintenance Facility provides for a new fuel dispensing system, including a 6,000- gallon diesel fuel storage tank. The A/E shall evaluate the best option for the type of fuel tank and make a recommendation for an above-ground or a below-ground tank to include all required safety and monitoring equipment. The scope of work also includes, but is not limited to, any electrical and plumbing work, including any related site work. The project also includes the removal of the existing fuel dispensing system and 4,000-gallon underground diesel fuel tank co-located at the Paris Readiness Center. The work will include environmental assessment and all sitework needed. This tank will not be removed until the new fuel dispensing system is operational. Hazardous materials will likely be encountered. The scope of work at the Paris Readiness Center (H2600) includes, but is not limited to, the expansion or relocation of the existing vault and all associated related work to include lighting upgrades and wall finishes; ensure that walls, floor, and ceiling meet federal guidelines for weapons protection and security. The work will also include, but is not limited to, all electrical upgrades which might be needed to expand the security system in the supply and vault area and any associated HVAC and plumbing requirements needed; and replacing ceiling tiles that are damaged.
