The Authority seeks experienced law firms with expertise in one or more of the following categories: A. TRANSACTIONS The legal services include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Provide counsel to the Authority on applicable laws, rules and regulations. 2. Advise the Authority on procurement laws and procedures, including compliance with applicable procurement regulations. 3. Review, draft and negotiate contracts leases and other documents to ensure they remain in compliance with current laws, best practices, and the specific needs of the Authority. 4. Assist with periodic review, analysis, and update of standard contract templates to ensure they remain in compliance with current laws, best practices, and the specific needs of the Authority.
