HAWS seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide full-service Elevator Maintenance for two (2) of its existing properties: King Building, 901 N. Cleveland Avenue, Winston Salem, NC 27101 and Crystal Towers, 625 W. 6th Street Winston Salem, NC 27101. The contractor shall perform and carry out, in a satisfactory, timely, and proper manner, as determined by the Agency, the following: 2.1 Examine, maintain, adjust, and lubricate the components listed below. In addition, unless specifically excluded below, ELEVATOR CONTRACTOR will repair or replace the components listed below if the repair or replacement is, in ELEVATOR CONTRACTOR's sole judgment, necessitated by normal wear and tear. Unless specifically included elsewhere in this Agreement or unless Purchaser has separately contracted with ELEVATOR CONTRACTOR for the work, all other work related to the equipment is Purchaser’s responsibility.
