The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide E-Rate eligible hotspot devices and associated data services that will enable students to access high quality internet connectivity off campus that provide sufficient bandwidth and coverage to support streaming, research, virtual classrooms and online assessments. Device Management & Reporting: A management console allowing EPISD staff to track device usage, content filtering Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA compliance), monitor data consumption, and generate usage reports. Support & Warranty: Ongoing vendor support, including technical assistance, device replacement (if needed), and troubleshooting guidance. Training & Documentation: Vendor-provided orientation materials and training sessions for IT staff and campus coordinators on device distribution, usage policies, and management console features.
