Provide Two (2) Traction Modernization Services for Main Hospital Green Elevator #1 and #2. Provide adequate staffing to perform the work in the specifications as described herein. Assign an Account Manager to the District that will supervise the Elevator Modernization crew that are assigned to this project. Staff, to have approved Elevator tradesman on hand when working at any JPS Health Network locations. Provide all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain repairs at the district sites listed in Services Locations as specified herein. Perform all work in a first-class professional manner in accordance with the plans, specifications, and recommendations of the equipment and material manufacturers, governing codes, and instructions by the district. Obtain a clear understanding of the scope of work for each work assignment or service call.
