The logistics training system must be configured to offer a performance-based assessment for evaluating the skill levels and competencies of logistics automation technicians. This will be a working automated distribution system that performs true industry-based operations, such as package tracking, automatic package queuing and priority release, and electro-pneumatic sorting. The training system will be the required assessment device for three of Manufacturing Skill Standards Council’s (MSSC) Certified Technician – Supply Chain Automation (CT-SCA) certifications: Equipment Maintenance (CTSCA-EM), Equipment Repair (CTSCA-ER), and Network Repair (CTSCA-NR).
