A. Install a 70-foot free standing radio tower to include the following: 1. Soil sampling shall be performed to determine engineering requirements for tower footing. 2. Constructing the footing for the tower to the engineering specifications of the tower manufacturer. 3. Permitting as required (City of Bremerton, FAA if needed). 4. Installation of the tower B.
