The successful Proposer shall provide services to assist the Trinity River Authority of Texas (Authority)in developing a long-term strategy to update and/or replace existing systems utilized to meet business requirements. The selected Proposerwill evaluate existing Authority systems and business processes,determine if systems should be modified or replaced; identify potential improvements; develop a strategic timeline taking into account dependencies between systems and data; document requirements specification(s) for a formal procurement in compliance with Authority policy, Water Code and state law; and assist in the solicitation and evaluation of qualified solutions and vendors to provide the best and most economical system(s) for the Authority. The Authority’s goal is to better integrate and modernize processes and reporting.
