GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: • Repairs to damaged drywall throughout the station (consists of minor scrapes from wear and tear). • Painting of walls, trim, door jambs, doors, booking room counter/benches, and ceilings as required. Typical wall height is 8’ • Installation of metal corner guards throughout the station where sheetrock is exposed. • Refurbishment of two department bathrooms to include new fixtures and plumbing as needed. 1. Men’s bathroom in locker room – replacement of (2) standard tall white commercial grade toilets with all necessary plumbing. 2. Women’s bathroom in locker room – replacement of standard tall white commercial grade toilet with all necessary plumbing. • Floor to ceiling privacy partition with two doors in men’s room in locker room. • Paint all walls in the Investigations Division. • Repair epoxy floor by back entrance to station. • New blinds in Locker Room and Training Room. • Repair/replace stairs for Storage Room. • Repair/replace vinyl stair treads throughout station as needed. • Repair/replace any countertops that are damaged.
