1. 24’ wide road approximately 886’ in length with cul-de-sac at end; 2. 2% Cross Slope crowned in the center; 3. Minimum 0.03% Longitudinal Slope unless otherwise approve by GRIC; 4. 3” AC over 6” ABC cross section; 5. 4” Rolled Curb along both sides (MAG std 220-1 Type C); 6. 4” thick, 5’ wide sidewalk on both sides with 6” thickness at driveways (MAG Std 230); 7. Drainage ditch approximately 256’ to the west, 6’ wide, 1’ deep with 6:1 side-slopes giving the ditch an overall width at the top of 18’. The final depth and grade of the ditch will be refined as the project design progresses; 8. Follow Mag Specs for Construction; 9. Follow Maricopa County Roadway Design Manual for Design Guidance; 10. Provide Engineers Estimate for Construction Cost; 11. GRIC internal Reviews will need to take place at 60%, 90%, and 100% of plan completion; 12. Drawing done to 20 scale; 13. Construction to follow FP24 - Standard Specifications for the Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP); 14. Design Speed 35mph; 15. 11 x 17 Plan Sheet Scale 1”=40’; 16. All work done in AutoCAD Civil 3D; 17. Survey existing Roadway and Utilities to the Community’s Datum. (Coordinate with GRIC Land Use Planning and Zoning Department); 18. A topo survey drawing will need to be created and approved by the Community’s LUPZ Department following the attached guidelines; 19. There will be 2 submittals for Review plus the Last submittal, which will be 100% drawings. Each submittal shall be submitted to GRICDOT in AutoCAD and PDF. We would anticipate the reviews for each submittal to take no more than 24 hours.
