The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Office of State Procurement, on the behalf of Piedmont Technical College is soliciting proposals to provide a web-based on-line academic catalog management solution. It is the intent of Piedmont Technical College (PTC) to solicit proposals, from qualified vendors, for a web-based academic catalog management system for the College in accordance with all requirements stated herein. This RFP is a Solutions-Based solicitation. The project will result in the publication of a dynamic electronic academic catalog, including an administrative component that will support a collaborative edit and approval process as well as the ability to publish web-based catalog content on demand directly within the system without the involvement of IT or the Vendor. Final product design must be in-line with existing college brand and other college website properties. The College highly encourages Offerors to use their expertise and creativeness to explain their solution offered so the College will have a thorough understanding of the solution provided.
