The contractor will provide complete landscape and grounds maintenance including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, equipment and supplies to keep the contracted area of Raleigh Road (Highway 54), Fordham Blvd. (Highway 15-501), Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Eubanks Rd., Weaver Dairy Road and Weaver Dairy Road Extension properly maintained as well as areas in the Right-of-Way that are not being maintained. Please see the maps. The Contracted areas shall be: A. All medians, shoulders, on/off ramps and intersections of Fordham Blvd. (Hwy. 15-501) from Town of Chapel Hill entrance sign on Fordham Blvd. just south of I-40 to Carrboro Town Limit at Smith Level Road and other designated areas. Sections of Raleigh Road (Highway 54) and designated medians, applicable shoulders and intersections within the designated areas from the Town of Chapel Hill entrance sign to the intersection of South Road. B. All medians, applicable shoulders and applicable intersections of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard from Town of Chapel Hill entrance sign at I-40 East on-ramp to Stephens Street; a section of Eubanks Rd. from Martin Luther King to Kousa Trail, Weaver Dairy Road and Weaver Dairy Road Extension from Erwin Road to Homestead Road, and other designated areas.
