Title IV-A, or the Student Support and Academic Enrichment (SSAE) grant program, aims to improve student academic achievement through various strategies, including providing a well-rounded education, creating safe learning environments, and effectively integrating technology. CONTRACTOR(s) can offer invaluable support to participating Title IV-A Schools (i.e. public and private schools) in successfully implementing Title IV-A programs and activities aligned with these goals. The three core areas of the program are as follows: 1. Well-Rounded Educational Opportunities 2. Safe and Healthy Schools 3. Effective Use of Technology CONTRACTOR shall provide services in one or more of the above core areas and services, instruction, and/or materials shall be secular, neutral, and non-ideological. CONTRACTOR shall collaborate with the Department and other stakeholders to tailor services to meet the specific needs of students and their communities. Title IV-A funds supplement, not replace, non-Federal funding for authorized activities. CONTRACTOR(s) must be aware of existing resources and programs to prevent duplication of services
