The purpose of this proposal is to establish a contract to provide for the annual inspection and health department reporting for two on-site septic systems at Riverfront Park. Additionally, this contract will establish per gallon rates for the pumping and disposal of septic waste tanks and kitchen grease tanks. Tank capacities vary from 150 gallons to 3000 gallons. The annual contract limit will not exceed $7,500.00. Actual value will vary, depending on the results of inspection with no minimum amount guaranteed. The Contract award will be based on the bid proposal form and will be based on the total of lump sum pricing for inspections, per gallon pricing for grease pumping and septic waste pumping. All labor and equipment costs are to be included in the lump sum and unit pricing as indicated on the bid proposal form.
