The Contractor shall coordinate with the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office and follow any recommendations or requirements imposed by the Sheriff’s Office to maintain and ensure the integrity of the courthouse and courthouse operations during the project. The Contractor shall perform work within a standard workday (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.). If after-hours or weekend work is necessary, this will have to be scheduled, in advance, with our Buildings and Maintenance Supervisor, Travis Hicks. The Contractor shall not leave an unfinished opening. If a window is removed, it must be replaced before leaving the courthouse for the day. No windows are to be left boarded up. The Contractor shall remove windows and wrap in plastic and dispose in accordance with Georgia and Federal regulations pertaining to the removal and disposal of LEAD containing paint and ASBESTOS containing building materials. The Contractor shall include manufacturer specifications, application specifications, and warranty information with proposal.
