Through this RFP, the City of Alamogordo is seeking to identify and secure a qualified and dedicated partner with proven experience in successfully implementing and managing Microsoft Active Directory Domain, Microsoft Exchange and related products within multiple environments with varying organizational structures. The successful Offeror will also be able to house the City of Alamogordo’s data center and IT inventory. The City of Alamogordo also seeks programming and commissioning services for SCADA/RTU systems, primarily but not limited to, water and wastewater operations. In utilizing their experience, knowledge and implementation of industry best practices, the successful Offeror will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of agreed upon tasks per task order. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: 1. Upgrading Exchange components 2. Maintaining the Exchange environment 3. Providing guidance to City staff to assist in identifying the different components, requirements and benefits of using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Security Suite. 4. Upgrading Active Directory components 5. Maintaining the Active Directory environment 6. Providing guidance to City staff on multi-factor authentication, single sign-on options, security measures and policies and identification of correct licensing. 7. Server and Workstation Monitoring and Maintenance 8. Network Device Monitoring 9. Support of End User Devices and Physical Maintenance of IT devices 10. Installation of New Hardware 11. Documentation of IT Environment and Inventory of Equipment 12. Online Trouble Ticketing System 13. On-Call Remote Support and Access 14. Audio Visual Support and Technical Guidance 15. Hosting of City of Alamogordo Servers with 24/7 access control and video surveillance
