The outdoor unit shall be capable of heating to temperatures as low as -15-degree Fahrenheit. The air handler shall be a WALL-MOUNTED AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM with an Airflow (Lo-Hi) of 418-812 CFM. The model requested to be procured is to be a Fujitsu Airstage XLTH, (Indoor Unit Serial #: ASU30RLE).
