. Provide a Dangling Rotating Utility Grapple, which shall be equivalent or better than detailed below: i. Hydraulically rotating 360 degrees ii. Three Time Configuration: Must be able to pick, spin, stack and position the load. iii. Must be able to have an opening of up to 60” minimum. iv. The grapple must hang plumb to the ground for better control of heavier materials. v. The Machine Class that this will be going on is within the 24,000 and 33,000 lb. weight classification. vi. The grapple is to come equipped with a coupler that will be mounted on a Kobelco SK140 w/Craig EXM CWL-120 Wedge Style Coupler. vii. The grapple shall be equipped with an Electric Divertor Valve and Foot Pedal. viii. The grapple requires one (1) set of bi-directional flow hydraulics
