To assist in the preparation of this report, we have reviewed the 1st floor plan, 2nd floor plan, enlarged floor plan, and exterior elevation plans prepared by HMC Architects. We understand that planned improvements to the existing San Jacinto High School will consist of a two-story modular classroom building with a footprint area of about 10,523 square feet. The building will include a balcony, stairs, and an elevator. The elevator will likely be hydraulic and will include a ram that will extend below grade. The modular classroom building will be supported by cast-inplace concrete footings. Relatively light foundation loads are expected. The site for the proposed two-story classroom building appears to be at the approximate desired grade, and no significant additional cuts and fills seem likely. Major slope and retaining wall construction is not anticipated. The site configuration is illustrated on Enclosure 1.
