Shall Print No Less Than 120-150 Copies per Minute; 600 dpi scanning and printing; Paper Sizes Up-To Legal (8.5" x 14") or Larger; Must have document feeder on top; Heavy Load Paper Feeder of 1000 Sheets or More. Equal or better than SD375.; Item # 2: The use of brand name is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. "Or equal" submissions will not be rejected because of minor difference in design, construction or feature that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder.; Item # 3: ( 600 - 00 ) Year One (1) - All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications. The Vendor shall provide copies of material suppliers' invoices to verify costs.; Item # 4: ( 600 - 00 ) Initial Term Year One (1) - Regular Hourly Rate for maintenance. Unit of measure will be hourly and the number will be annual estimated hours. Approximately 10 hours per year. Normal workday will be Monday through Friday less holidays between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
