Project consists of: 1. New Storage Building: a. Demolition of existing District Maintenance Facility building. b. Construction of new Storage Building. 2. Capital Improvement Project: a. Greater Plains Elementary School: Library renovations, exterior façade replacement, mechanical renovations, and new fire alarm/PA system. b. Riverside Elementary School: Sitework upgrades, tank removal, Library renovations, exterior façade replacement, and new fire alarm/PA system. c. Valleyview Elementary School: Sitework and playground upgrades, exterior façade rehabilitation, mechanical renovations. and new fire alarm/PA system. d. Middle School: Roof replacement, upgrade data cabling/closets, replace library RTU and exhaust fans, structural reinforcement, corridor locker replacement, accessible signage, integrated fire alarm, public address mass notification system, handrails and concrete repair. e. High School: Roofs replacement, loading dock reconstruction, structural reinforcing, renovations to exterior façade, interior signage, concrete repair work, railings, mechanical renovations, new fire alarm/PA System, pool and site lighting, recabling and fiber work, auditorium renovations including seating, speaker rigging, curtains, projector, lighting and sound systems, and HVAC. f. Bus Garage: Painting, sitework repairs, plumbing, and mechanical renovations.
