1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) South Sacramento Area office the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Automatic Gate Repair Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor State Licensing Board, C61- Limited Specialty, D28- Doors, Gates and Activating Devices. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement
