Manufacture to template, uncut hinges non-handed, pin less assembly, three interlocking extrusions, full height of door and frame, lubricated polyacetal thrust bearing, fasteners 410 stainless steel plated and hardened. All hinge profiles to be manufactured to template bearing locations, with standard duty bearing configurations at 5-1/8” spacing with a minimum of 16 bearings: and heavy duty at 2-9/16” spacing with a minimum of 32 bearings.
