PHASE 1 – JUNIOR MALE OFFICER LOCKER ROOM: Mobilization including all preparatory work and operations, including, but not limited to movement of personnel, equipment, supplies and installing project sign; all other work and operations which must be performed or cost incurred prior to beginning work on the project site; and demobilization and removal of project sign. The maximum bid allowed for this item is an amount not to exceed six percent (6%) of the sub total sum basic bid for Phase 1 excluding the price of this mobilization item. Mobilization shall be made in accordance with item 5.4.3, Mobilization of the General Terms and Conditions.; PHASE 1 - JUNIOR MALE OFFICER LOCKER ROOM: Measures for protection of the environment and general public, in place complete. Work includes but is not limited to the various temporary Best Management Practices including but not limited to dust controls, barricades, signs, and other protective measures as required for protection of human health and the environment from pollution; and all other related miscellaneous work and appurtenant materials in accordance with the plans and specifications.; PHASE 1 - JUNIOR MALE OFFICER LOCKER ROOM: Allowance: Permit fees, installation, facilities and use charges by various utility companies and governmental agencies including but not limited to the Board of Water Supply, Hawaiian Electric Company, City Department of Planning and Permitting, State Department of Health, State Department of Land and Natural Resources, etc. The Contractor shall not add any burden (i.e. profit, overhead, bonding, etc.) to this allowance. The Contractor shall be compensated in accordance with Section 5.4.2 Allowance Items of the General Terms and Conditions. Unused portion of this allowance shall remain with the City and County of Honolulu; PHASE 1 - JUNIOR MALE OFFICER LOCKER ROOM: Allowance: Adjust Utilities (potable water, electrical, and sewer systems) not included on the plans as directed on site by the Officer-inCharge. The Contractor shall perform work on a force account basis and shall be compensated in accordance with Section 5.4.9 Force Account of the General Terms and Conditions. Unused portion shall remain with the City and County of Honolulu; PHASE 1 - JUNIOR MALE OFFICER LOCKER ROOM: Allowance: Mitigation of structural defects as directed on site by the Officer-in-Charge. The Contractor shall perform work on a force account basis and shall be compensated in accordance with Section 5.4.9 Force Account of the General Terms and Conditions. Unused portions shall remain with the City and County of Honolulu. ; PHASE 1 - JUNIOR MALE OFFICER LOCKER ROOM: Reconstruction of Kalihi Police Station Junior Male Locker Room work in place complete. The scope of the work shall be done in accordance with the contract documents; plans consisting of architectural and plumbing drawings, and specifications and all miscellaneous and appurtenant labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete and make operational the locker room in accordance to the contract requirements.
