1. The Contractor shall operate and manage twenty (20) units of permanent supportive rental housing on Floor 3 of the building. 2. Provide case management services to support the individual and unique needs of the special needs group. Additionally, housing specialist services shall be provided to support residential Tenants in order to identify and transition into alternative permanent housing outside the Project, when the Tenant is ready. 3. The Contractor shall furnish all services, labor, goods, materials, supplies, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the operation and success of the Project. 4. Actively participate in PIC’s CES Case Conferencing to place clients in the Project and provide supportive services, as necessary and feasible, to Project residential Tenants. Participate in meetings and presentations to the Honolulu City Council, affected Neighborhood Boards, and other organizations as required by the City. 6. Notify the OIC in advance and receive approval of responses to any media inquiries or public announcements related to the Project.
