Contractor shall perform stack testing of 5 Caterpillar diesel powered generators at the Water Pollution Control Facility (four (4) Model 3516), and the Northwest Water Treatment Plant ( one (1) Model 3412). Stack testing is being used to demonstrate compliance with NESHAP ZZZZ, 40 CFR Part 63. Contractor shall use 40CFR Method 10 and 3A to determine carbon monoxide (CO) and (CO) emission reduction efficiency across the catalyst. Contractor shall report results for CO in ppm inlet and ppm outlet (corrected @ 15% O2), and percent reduction. Contractor shall provide results in the form of three (3) copies of a written report and electronic format in addition to the written reports. Contractor shall prepare a testing protocol for submittal to Linn County Public Health Department, Air Quality Division no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled testing. Testing shall be completed between March 15, 2025, and March 31, 2025. Testing multiple generators on the same day is possible, most recent testing of the 5 generators was completed in three consecutive days. Sample ports are located no higher than 15’ off the ground. Generators are located in their own dedicated enclosures/buildings.
