Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Construction of building pads at four (4) parks for installation of precast restroom units (to be installed by others), installation of sewer pipe, water pipe, electrical conduit and wiring, and concrete flatwork at existing Parks: Idlewild Park-Kiddieland, Idlewild Park-Snowflake, Manzanita Park, and Huffaker Park. Work will include stub out of utilities to the building pad(s) per manufactures specifications, installation of backflow prevention device, and rerouting of existing water pipes per plans and specifications for a fully operational and functional system. In addition, work will include construction of flatwork, as specified, construction fencing, site protection, grading, drainage, earthwork, and all other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications.
