To establish a contract to provide a quality dining services program, which shall include the operation and maintenance of residential dining services, retail food court, coffee shop, catering services, vending services, concessions, and coordination of mobile/remote food vendors. The successful Contractor will manage a dining services program that will include, but not necessarily limited to, the following components: • Purchasing and sourcing of all food and beverages needed for the dining services program. • Provision and management of the Dining Hall, Retain Food Court and Coffee Shop, catering, C-Store, concessions, vending machines, and coordination of mobile food vendors. • Integration with Winthrop’s ID card system. • Management of any additional dining facilities/venues that Offeror proposes that are accepted. • Management of any potential new dining facilities/venues that will have contracted dining services as Universityowned and managed facilities expand. • Creation, management, and sharing of a fully transparent data dashboard with inclusion of multiple metrics vital for informed decision making (expenses, revenues, sales, transaction numbers, inventory, etc.), updated daily.
