Uniforms 1. It shall be the responsibility of the supplier for measurement of employees to determine garment sizes needed. 2. All uniform shirts shall include a custom name patch sewn on. 3. Uniform garments furnished by the Vendor shall be maintained through routine laundering, pressing, and repairing to provide a neat and clean appearance for Public Works Personnel. 4. All garments shall be satisfactory to the City. Uniform garments which are not satisfactory, or which are not in accordance with the Contract provisions shall be removed, redone, or otherwise remedied to a satisfactory condition. 5. Bins are supplied by the City for storage of used garments to be picked up at the Public Works Service Center. 6. There shall be no charge for the replacement of garments, including name patches, as a result of normal wear. 7. A charge may be applied to lost of damaged uniforms. These replacement charges should be itemized in the Bid Form. 8. Weekly pickup and delivery shall be made to the Park Ridge Public Works Service Center located at 400 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL, 60068. 9. The City reserves the right to change the number of uniforms and mats required due to changes in staffing and the need for additional mats. Floor Mats 1. Vendor is responsible for furnishing industry standard floor mats in the styles/sizes identified on the Bid Form. 2. All items furnished and services rendered shall be satisfactory to the City of Park Ridge. Items and services which are not satisfactory, or which are not in accordance with the Contract provisions shall be removed, redone, or otherwise remedied to a satisfactory condition.
