The County is seeking a Contractor to furnish and deliver Seeding Material for Landfill Stabilization; and Laborer(s) and or Equipment Operator(s) as needed, at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation. 3.2.1 The Contractor shall have the capability to supply and deliver products outlined below and in accordance with Section H-Price Bid Sheet: a) State Highway Administration (SHA) Permanent Seed b) SHA Temporary Seed c) Variable Seed Mixtures d) Fertilizer e) Lime f) Hydro-Tack g) Hydro-Mulch h) Straw Bales i) Curlex w/o Seed, 100SY/Roll j) Unscreened topsoil k) Screened topsoil 3.2.2 The Contractor shall have the capability to provide Laborer(s) and or Equipment Operator(s) as requested to install/perform work as it pertains to the material delivered. The Laborer(s) and Equipment Operator(s) shall have the ability to: a) spread topsoil b) spread fertilizer c) spread seed and/or straw d) put up silk fence(s) e) put down erosion control matting(s)
