Assessments and Audits •coordination and completion of capital needs assessment, 504 accessibility assessment, and energy audit. (both CHFA and HUD e-Tool formats) Survey, Architecture and Engineering •professional land survey •architectural documents (schematic design, design development and construction documents) •coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office regarding historically significant building features •structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and engineering design •landscape architecture •assessment, design, and coordination of energy efficiency, green building and utility conservation •building compliance assessments, specifications, inspections and reporting •hazardous material testing, including risk assessments according to CHFA requirements •environmental reviews and/or environmental assessments (HUD Part 50, HEROs and CHFA requirements) •cost estimation and analysis in coordination with construction manager •bidding assistance and qualification evaluations coordination with construction •product/material submittal reviews •contract/construction administration •attend site visits •conduct meetings •attendance and presentation at SOC / community meetings •permit applications •coordinate with the City of Hartford (Building, Zoning, Historic Commission, Fire Safety and Health Codes, Public Works or other City officials as needed) •other related services required for completion of work
