Parks is seeking an experienced and professional parking operator to renovate, operate, and maintain the parking lots made available to it by Parks at Randall’s Island Park, Manhattan (“Licensed Premises”), during all special events as well as for certain concessionaires such as the golf and tennis center, as needed, over the term and as otherwise needed by Parks. These events may include, but are not limited to, large track & field events at Icahn Stadium, concerts, art fairs, sports tournaments, and multi-date special events. For a full list of Events held at Randall’s Island during previous parking concession terms, please see Exhibit B. Concessionaires, such as the tennis center, may at times need parking services such as valet parking.
