Contractor must provide the equipment and necessary resources to load, transport and dispose of Liquid Lime Sludge Slurry (30%-50% solids) in the amount of approximately 1,500,000 gallons per year from the City of Batavia Water Treatment Facility located at 480 Lehigh Avenue, Batavia, New York. Lime sludge shall be removed approximately ten (10) times per year in the amount of approximately one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) gallons per event. All quantities are approximate and are not guaranteed. Each event shall occur on scheduled days approved by the City of Batavia, and removal shall be completed within, no more than, two (2) consecutive days between the hours of 7:00 AM — 5:00 PM. It is preferred that the contractor have a minimum of four (4) tank trailers with capacities of at least six thousand (6,000) gallons each. Contractor must also have available a mechanical agitator, or similar device, capable of mixing, liquefying and loading lime sludge.
