The District is seeking qualified certified vendor to provide Illustrative Mathematics 360 Curriculum Materials and Platform Services as described below. Any aspects of the service not addressed in the Scope of Services section are left for the Proposer to address. It is important for the Proposer to state any assumptions on which its proposal rests. The contract will be awarded to the best Proposer as determined by the District. It is appropriate to emphasize that the lowest Proposer may not be the best. In order to adequately measure the capabilities of the Proposer, the District will evaluate and score each proposal in accordance with the criteria presented in the Evaluation Criteria section below. The District reserves the right to award this proposal in full or in part to one or more Proposers so as to best meet the District’s needs. The Proposer shall furnish all necessary staff, materials, equipment, documentation and supplies necessary to provide the Illustrative Mathematics 360 Curriculum Materials and Platform Services as described below. The Proposer is required to address each of the requirements identified below in their response. The Proposer is encouraged to identify innovative breakthroughs and any one-of-a-kind programs exclusive to the Proposer. The District is seeking to implement Illustrative Mathematics 360 Curriculum Materials and Platform Services for grades 6 through – Algebra 1. I. MINIMUM PROJECT TIMELINE REQUIREMENTS 1. Student workbooks must be delivered to the district warehouse annually by August 15th of each of the contract years. 2. Digital platform must be available to teachers by July 1, 2025 to allow for summer planning and professional development purposes. 3. Assessment resources and data analysis tools must be available to teachers by August 15th of each of the contract years. 4. Professional learning for teachers must be available on the data analysis tools and platform usage at the beginning of each school year and after the first unit assessment administration. II. MINIMUM TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 1. Provide annual platform training for up to 100 teachers/coaches and 40 administrators on the usage of the platform and data analysis tools at the beginning of school year and again after the first administration of a unit assessment. 2. Provide a link to the recording of the virtual teacher and administrative trainings. 3. Provide the feedback from participants to the Director of Mathematics after each annual session. III. MINIMUM PLATFORM SERVICE AND MATERIALS REQUIREMENTS 1. Platform that includes the following: a. Editable slide deck for teachers to utilize for implementation of lessons that have newest updates from the Illustrative Mathematics group. Commented [JG1]: What are the certification requirements? Activities and lesson documents that are both editable and can be shared with students electronically and with the possibility to integrate with Canvas. c. Assessments that are available for students to take digitally and written. d. Assessment data must be able to be viewed by the student (their individual data), teacher, building leaders and district leaders. e. Assessment data can be viewed for purposes of data analysis, item analysis and action planning. f. Assessment data is easy to read for item analysis and includes individual responses and scores to all questions and is available in CSV file download.
