Iowa State University (ISU) is in the market for a physical phone that natively integrates with Microsoft Teams for voice communications. The ideal solution should boast a clean, modern design and be highly user-friendly. Iowa State University's IT needs to continue providing Campus with tools they need to be successful including voice service both physical and software telephones for those that need it, 2-way communication for campus to campus calling, campus to/from off campus calling, voicemail, automated attendents, hunt groups, long distance, and emergency services. This RFP is specifically for the physical phones. We currenlty use a Cisco 8861 and would like something similar in features and functions to that.
