The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of the New Jersey Child Care Information System (NJCCIS) as well as accompanying modules and components for the DFD, OCC Assistance Program. Core System components of NJCCIS include: a) Licensing, b) Workforce Registry, c) Quality Improvement, and d) grants & scholarships. These core System components shall also incorporate a new component for the New Jersey Child Care Time and Attendance System (NJCTAS) that encompasses overall project management for the conversion of the State’s existing Electronic Child Care (ECC) Time and Attendance System to the Contractor’s newly developed NJCTAS. The Contractor’s System shall include administering Provider payments, customer service and technical support, a mobile responsive web portal for use by Providers, Clients, Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (CCR&Rs) and State staff, an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System, a mobile application for Clients use, and an Attendance Tracking Solution (ATS) for both Providers (PATS) and Clients (CATS).
