It is the intent of this RFP is to establish a term contract, with a vendor or multiple vendors for the Housing Authority of Cook County capable of providing competent telephonic language interpretation services, a vendor or multiple vendors capable of providing competent written document language translation services and a vendor or multiple vendors capable of providing competent on-site language interpretation services, and a vendor or multiple vendors capable of providing competent on-site sign language interpretation services. All services shall be continuously available. These language interpretation services, as described below, shall be provided on-demand to HACC personnel. The HACC offers no guarantee of any amount of work to be performed under the Contract.
