The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is seeking proposals for Ontario International Airport's (ONT) design and build trade show exhibit for the Routes World Conference. This exhibit is critical for showcasing ONT's commitment to enhancing air travel connectivity and services. The selected proposer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and assembling the exhibit, incorporating cutting-edge technology and creative elements that align with ONT’s brand and mission. The selected proposer should demonstrate experience with international trade shows and creating a branded experience that takes So Cal (South California) to Hong Kong. The exhibit will be featured in a prominent location and will serve as a focal point and engaging space for current and potential stakeholders during the Routes World Conference hosted in Hong Kong from September 24-26, 2025.
