• Add redundant gravity belt thickener for WAS thickening; add pre-digestion pasteurization via ATP; replace digester cover with gas holder cover; and replace existing hot water loop. • Construct new solids handling building to include process dewatering and ATP equipment; new belt filter presses; enhanced dewatering via ELODE; new administrative areas including bathrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, training / wellness areas, offices, and laboratory. • Construct new solar dryer greenhouse with in-floor heat via hot water loop. • Construct new pelletizing building to house components to take dry biosolids and form into pellets to be utilized by others. • Construct concentrated solar panel field to provide heat to hot water loop. • Construct rooftop solar panel fields. • General construction of above items also include sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and instrumentation and control upgrades and improvements.
