EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS A) The existing units and ductwork don't evenly heat the rooms in the Southeast corner of the building (South Art Studio, Hallway, and Restrooms). We are accepting proposals with set price points to fix this issue. Bidder may include more than one proposed fix as long as all associated cost are given for each proposal. B) We are open to alternative equipment options which can be integrated into our current electrical and gas systems. C) The awarded bidder must start and check operation of each unit and include all necessary parts, labor and installation at no additional charge. INSTALLATION A) All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations. B) Any required roof restoration work shall be performed by a qualified and licensed roofer, who is an authorized installer for the manufacturer of the existing roof system. C) Any and all required demolition work must be completed at no additional charge. D) The awarded bidder must furnish all labor and materials required to render the heating/ventilating/air conditioning system as fully installed and ready for use.
