Developing a comprehensive and actionable strategic plan that will address the college’s evolving leadership structure and clinical enterprise model, navigate the fast-paced changes in the health care environment and strengthen the college’s ability to achieve its three-part mission of education, research and patient care. The college will provide: • Human capital in the form of leadership and stakeholder participation in interviews, strategic planning retreats and other activities related to the planning process • Data and as needed, data analysis to inform the planning process • Meeting spaces, and any equipment needed to facilitate productive planning sessions • A dedicated project manager to coordinate activities on behalf of the college
