Under the direction of the Napa County Fire Administration (NCFA), the selected consultant shall project manage and facilitate the Fuels Management project. The Fuels Management project is a component of the 2022 Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant awarded to Napa County. The grant aims to enhance community resilience to wildfires within Napa County by implementing defensible space strategies and ignition-resistant construction practices. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive project management services over a three-year period, with the potential for a two-year extension based on project progress and needs. The project is a phased project with Phase 1 – planning and Phase 2 – implementation. This role includes overseeing the project’s operational aspects, conducting property assessments, and facilitating project implementation in collaboration with Napa County Fire Administration and other project stakeholders.
