The purpose of the Sexual Assault Direct Services Request for Applications is to procure evidencebased therapeutic practices from providers, statewide. Successful applicants are required to provide case management, therapeutic services (individual and group and family psychotherapy, crisis intervention services and treatment planning, comprehensive assessment(s) or psychiatric diagnostic evaluation(s)) and prevention/outreach services for victims of sexual assault. The successful applicant will also provide access to a 24-hour, 7 day-a-week crisis line for sexual assault victims. The required services will also meet the statutory requirements of the Sex Crimes Prosecution and Treatment Act, Sections 29-11-1, et seq., NMSA, 1978.
