Consultant shall develop a Testing Program that defines the process and platforms to support tasks associated with Sections 2.2 to 2.4 below. This includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 2.1.1 Coordinate all aspects of the testing program with the City. 2.1.2 Provide a secure cloud-based platform for tracking, reporting, and sharing status of resident outreach, ordering and tracking of sample kits, tracking sample analysis results, and all resident follow-up. 2.1.3 Develop and maintain a dashboard summarizing key data for stakeholders and reporting templates for state agencies. 2.1.4 Develop automated templates for reporting of compliance testing results to state agencies. Reporting templates will comply with the requirements of the applicable regulation and will be based on the compliance reporting timeline as specified by the EPA LCRR or the upcoming LCRI, depending on applicability. All reporting to regulatory agencies will be completed by the City. 2.1.5 Provide the ability to record all data in granularity down to the address. 2.1.6 Provide Authorized City Representative access to the database. 2.1.7 Provide up to five (5) user logins as necessary for various members of City staff (likely cross-department). 2.1.8 Provide training and training materials to City staff to access all data tracked in the cloud-based platform. 2.1.9 Provide training and training materials to City staff on reporting and exporting capabilities of the cloud-based platform, including, but not limited to, sample results, sample tracking, and support tracking.
