The Town is seeking a developer with experience in repurposing public libraries and bringing new life to an existing building in a commercial / residential setting. The primary goal of this development will be to re-activate the site and create uses on the site that fit in well with the local context and downtown beach area location. Create a mix of retail and food/culinary activities 3. Create flexible office and/or broadly defined public use space 4. Create residential and/or mixed-use commercial /residential space providing affordable housing to renters at 80% area median income.
