1. Demolition of existing hangar building. 2. Construction of one 1,700 sq.ft. single story, pre-engineered metal building lean-to business/office area of roughly 1,700 sq. ft. to be constructed adjacent to existing hangar building. Exterior walls and roof to be pre-finished corrugated metal panels. 3. Removal of debris and turning over to the Owner a complete operating facility. 4. Construction and connecting of utilities and paying of fees, permits, and inspection of services in these connections. 5. Grading (rough and finish) and earthwork related to the building foundation. 6. Top soiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching of areas affected by construction activities. 7. Work included in paragraphs included herewith and in any section of specifications shall not in any way limit responsibility of Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the contract documents.
