The City of Nashua is seeking Bids from qualified firms for building demolition work. This contract provides for the demolition of the property located at 7 Hillcrest Avenue in the City of Nashua. The property has water, sewer and other utilities which shall be discontinued and terminated as required by each utility. Existing building plans, if any exist, are available at the City of Nashua Community Development Office. All buildings have been inspected for hazardous building materials and reports summarizing the findings can be found in Appendix 1. Abatement will be completed under Item 2 in this contract prior to beginning the actual building demolition. All impervious walkways, driveways, patios or other impervious areas shall be removed from the property. All disturbed areas shall be graded, loamed and seeded.
