The scope of this multi-year program will include the development and delivery of multiple (9-13) end-user products assigned yearly. The scope and focus of these projects will vary but will focus on synthesizing existing research or best practices into usable products for the end users (local agencies). Three mock Need Statements have been posted separately from this RFP. 3 These are mock Need Statements of implementation needs that previously did not get selected for need statement development. These Need Statements serve as an example of the type of work that could be requested and will be used as a basis for rating the responder’s work plan development and cost. At any point throughout the duration of this contract, the RIC may redirect the contractor, based on input from the Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) to realign the end-user product to better meet the demands of the Local Agencies based on the current needs.
