In compliance with the Consultants` Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, NSBU is requesting Statements of Qualifications for Continuing Professional Services. All aspects of this Request for Statements of Qualifications, including initial screening, ranking, final ranking and contract negotiations, will be in accordance with the Consultants` Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 Florida Statutes. The following Continuing Professional Services Agreements are proposed to provide New Smyrna Beach Utilities (NSBU) ready access to a variety of fields of expertise in a timely manner. NSBU will select firms from the selected list of qualified, experienced companies by issuing a negotiated fee task order for the scope of services needed at a particular time.
