Data Processing and Data Quality Report The vendor shall process data and submit reports as soon as possible. Upon processing, the vendor shall notify HSH’s primary contact via e-mail that Data Quality Reports can be viewed on-line. Data Quality Reports shall indicate file status (accepted or rejected), list of errors, provide summary information, and calculated measures specific to the file. Vendor must conduct patient-level data reviews and provide data aggregation services. Vendor may use any Limited Data Set(s) created or obtained to conduct quality improvement research designed to assist HSH in evaluating and improving the quality of behavioral health care, including the production and public dissemination of reports and analyses consisting of aggregated performance measurement data. Reports Vendor shall provide the following reports available for download from the secure website once data quality standards are met. Reports are modeled for The Joint Commission requirement: Monthly Indicators Reports: Vendor shall provide a summary Monthly Indicator Report that contains the rates for all measures. The Monthly Indicators Report provides a summary table that includes the calculated rates for all measures selected by HSH (including rates submitted to The Joint Commission) for the reporting period. The reports are available immediately after data files pass quality standards. Separate reports are provided for non-core and core measures; these are also available for a single month or a rolling 12-month history. Comparison and Control Charts: Vendor shall provide Quarterly Comparison, Monthly Comparison, and Monthly Control Charts for all measures using formulas provided by The Joint Commission. Joint Commission Submission Report: Vendor shall provide a summary report, available within two weeks of transmission of data transmitted to The Joint Commission on behalf of HSH. Other Reports: Vendor shall provide additional reports via the secure website for personnel who have received appropriate access level. The content of these reports addresses the knowledge interests of behavioral healthcare facilities.
